Usually, Microblading is done in two sessions. The first takes two to three hours. In the first session, the brow is shaped and styled to the client’s preference, and the pigment is applied.

Six to eight weeks later, the client returns for the second session for a touch-up. A touch-up can take anywhere from one to two hours.

A touch-up is necessary because everyone heals differently and therefore results vary. Sometimes it is necessary to adjust the color and brow thickness by adding more strokes.

In the touch-up session, the final adjustments are made to assure the client’s satisfaction.

The level of discomfort is relatively minor. Some people have reported the experience to be similar in pain to tweezing two to three hairs at the same time.

Usually, a topical anesthetic or numbing cream is applied to numb the area. Topical anesthetics are safe and may contain lidocaine, tetracaine, and epinephrine.

Redness and slight swelling in the area are common after the procedure. The feeling can be compared to the experience of a slight sunburn.

Selecting your microblading artist is an important decision, so choose wisely. Compare the work of various artists before booking. Consider the artist’s trainings, credentials, previous work and reviews. Once you have selected an artist, discuss your expectations and desired outcome, including, the shape, style, and color you wish.

Also, remember that faces are never perfectly symmetrical. Adjustments may be made during touch up, such as pigment discoloration and color correction. And finally, remember that Microbladed brows will eventually fade away if touch-ups are not done annually.

Generally, Microblading lasts six to eighteen months, depending on skin type… Normal, oily, or dry, as well as the age of the client… Young or mature.

Microblading is not permanent like a tattoo, because the pigments are not implanted so deeply into the skin. Skincare is also a big factor in the duration of the results. It is very important to follow aftercare instructions to maintain the brows. An annual touch-up appointment may be done every six to eighteen months.

People that are pregnant, nursing or breastfeeding, prone to keloids, or have health conditions such as epilepsy, diabetes, allergic reaction to latex or antibiotics, hemophilia or other bleeding disorder, cardiac valve disease, or heart problems are not allowed and restricted for the treatment.

People with an organ transplant should avoid microblading altogether. The client should also be cautious if they have a compromised liver or a viral condition such as hepatitis.

Booking an Online Appointment

All booking appointments should be strictly made online through our official website, We don’t allow manual booking through third-party apps or social media to prevent fraudulent appointments.


Online Reservation Policy

Please ensure you are a good candidate for any cosmetic micropigmentation or semipermanent makeup tattoos by reading the list of contraindications in our Health and Restrictions Policy.

It is advised that you align your procedure with social events and that you are willing and able to follow the aftercare religiously during the estimated 10-days healing process. We will not issue any refunds once we have collected the downpayment online.

Health and Restrictions

The client must be in good health at the time of the appointment. If you are suspected of flu, cough, cold symptoms, or have been exposed to a Covid positive individual, your appointment will be rescheduled for a later date.

People that are below 18 years old, pregnant, nursing, eczema, psoriasis (on the treated areta), prone to keloids, or have health conditions such as epilepsy, diabetes, allergic reaction to latex or antibiotics, hemophilia or other bleeding disorder, cardiac valve disease, autoimmune disease or heart problems are restricted from the treatment.

Clients with Existing Tattoos

If you have an existing cosmetic tattoo in any form in the past, you must inform us prior to booking online and fill out our Online Consultation Form. We will follow-up and get in touch with you within 24 hours once the form is submitted. Kindly prepare for a scheduled Online Consultation.

Payment Policy

A 20% downpayment non-refundable deposit will be required to ensure you’ll keep your appointment. Under any circumstances, the downpayment is non-refundable and non-transferable once paid online, this is due to secure both of our time and schedules.

Other Payment Options

We accept collection of online payments through the following options:

  • Credit Card or Debit Card Transactions via Paypal
  • G-Cash

NOTE: For clients who prefers a convenient payment method through G-Cash may fill out a separate “Intake Form”. Once the form is submitted, we will get in touch to confirm and settle the downpayment within 24 hours.

Confirmation of Booking Reservation

Availability of our appointment schedule can be seen through our official website, . Once the client has reserved and paid for the appointment, a confirmation email will be sent.

Settling Balance Payment

During the day of your appointment, the downpayment deposit will be applied and deducted from the final bill. The remaining balance payment should be settled and will be due on the same day.

Cashless Transactions

To stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we highly encourage CASHLESS transactions. On the day of the appointment, we accept direct payments through the following:

  • G-Cash
  • BPI online bank transfer
  • BDO online bank transfer
  • Credit Card Payments through Paypal (with additional 5% service charge)

NOTE: Credit Card users may transfer through Paypal. A Paypal Invoice will be sent through email at the same day of your appointment. A 5% service charge will be applied for every occurring Credit Card transaction. We DO NOT accept any form of Installment payments .

Rescheduling and Cancelation Policy

We strive hard to accommodate all our clients to the best of our abilities, most especially during this pandemic. If you must cancel or would like to reschedule due to unforeseen reasons, please contact us within 48 hours prior your appointment.

If for any reason, you wish to move your appointment to a later date, we will still be able to accommodate you for rescheduling provided that the rebooking request shall be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Subject to the availability of our schedule may vary and should not exceed pass 1 month or 30 days from the original appointment.


Failure to inform us within 48 hours for rescheduling under the same conditions as the immediately preceding paragraph shall result in cancelation of appointment and shall be deemed to the forfeiture of the downpayment deposit in favor of Brow Designery as indemnity for lost income opportunity.

Safety Protocols

In compliance, we expect our clients and guests to follow strict Health Safety Guidelines. Observe social distancing, wearing of mask at all times and sanitize your hands and belongings upon entering the studio. If you have a companion, please inform us in advance. No minors below 18 years old are allowed inside the studio.

Upon Arriving to the Appointment

Our studio is sanitized and disinfected thoroughly before and after each client visit. Kindly inform us if you have arrived to the location via phone call or text and wait inside your vehicle. Also state if you have a companion with you, this is to ensure that the studio is prepared and ready to serve you. This will also prevent possible exposure to other individuals you may encounter while inside the studio.

Guest Policy

Only the artist and the client getting the procedure are allowed inside the treatment room. All companions or guests must wait in the waiting area.

We kindly request that you do not bring:

  • Children that require your care and attention or minors below 18 years old
  • More than two companions, we only allow one companion inside the waiting area.
  • Pets, food and drinks to prevent contaminations.

Additional Safety Protocols

The use of single-used PPE set will be provided with an additional cost of PHP 350 per studio visitor and is excluded from our service fee. Disposable beddings and protective surface covers are provided after every client’s treatment.

Late Arrival Policy

Time is the most valuable resource. Any delays may jeopardize the time allotted for your treatment. We humbly ask for our clients to please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out paperwork. We will do our best to accommodate you if you are running late but we will only allow a grace period of 30 minutes for unforeseen delays.

No Show Policy

Failure to appear for their scheduled appointment without notice, or calling the studio, will be restricted from booking future appointments and shall be deemed to forfeiture of their downpayment deposit.

Aftercare products and instructions are provided for after each treatment. Results may vary with each client and are extremely dependent on how one heals. A followup email is also provided the next day for client guidance and assurance of service. We expect our clients to follow the aftercare religiously within the next 10-days and follow-up for a Touch-Up appointment for optimal results.

Healing Expectations

Successful results are not guaranteed especially on those with problematic skin. Every client heals differently and numerous lifestyle factors can lead to varied results therefore, additional sessions may be necessary to obtain desired results. Regular fees will be applied for every additional service.

Touch Up Policy

Understand that over time and due to environmental factors, the PMU may fade and alter in quality. Additional charges may be apply depending on the client’s case. Touch-Up fees is only applicable for existing or returning clients and valid until one (1) year from the last appointment date. Failure to show-up after a year later from your last appointment date will be considered as a NEW SESSION, no further considerations.
